Wow. He made two great films and then kind of bought into his own myth, I think.  Loved seeing the French Connection car chase that first time in the theater. And no way did I think he was 87.

To Live and Die in L.A. wasn't bad. But yeah, Exorcist and French Connection were great. He was one better than M. Night Shamalamadingdong.

Sorcerer and Cruising are in there too. It's funny looking at his IMDB page. He made a film almost every other year but those are the two.

I just listened to a podcast interview of him. And I am not a fan of that man. Could be so many of his opinions diverged from mine. Could be because he sounds a lot like the former president.
