Last night's ep - the scene where Sunny finds the cut on Henry's hand was the one I saw filmed. I saw maybe a dozen takes of it. Cool to see the final cut finally.
Prediction = now I don't know this at all because of my access, but I'm guessing Flea is the Widow.

This was the scene I saw filmed. It was kind of an ecstatic moment for me.

Called it. But it was pretty obvious.
Daniel Wu said he'll come to GML this Friday.

The finale of Season 2 & a shot of Irish whiskey and my reward for KFTC25 AF. I got home and Stacy treated me to a tub at the well. But there was no food in the bungalow because my family had been on a cleanse. My blood sugar was dropping from exhaustion and eating poorly all weekend, so I dashed to SC diner before I stabbed some bystander. In retrospect, there was a lot of Kubler-Ross anger over the passing of Steve. I finally settled in to the 10 showing with my shot of Teelings, but was struggling to stay awake. I got the gist of what happened, but I was nodding out after KFTC25 AF.
Now I'm at my mom's where I can watch the replay on xfinity. She has gone to bed at 8 every night o have visited since my dad died. But she's glued to this dumb doc on princess Diana and is staying up tonight. I was nodding at 7:30 through Wheel of Fortune. The KR anger is back. FML.

Every time I have something I want to share with Len (Carnighan) I get a little pissed off and then sad. Less pissed-off now (he checked out this past Fall) but it still flares up.

I initially posted this on the El Rey thread. I'm still pretty loopy in the wake of the weekend.
Rewatched the finale while more awake and season 3 is set to be very Baby Cart from Hell. I'd Beene thinking the show was going that direction with the increase of gratuitous lopping off limbs and heads, spurting blood fountains and cleave in twos. S2 was brutal on the cast and I don't think they can get away with another 'But no! Not dead' cliche.
Hold the phone - why am I still awake?

I skipped to the last episode of the season. I have to say, Daniel Wu is a good actor. No spoilers, but he got to emote in a tough scene and pulled it off. Nick Frost is always OK with me. Some pretty obvious plot devices, though. Good looking sets, costumes, locations.
There was a shit-ton of limb-lopping, though. Sanguinocity turned up to 11. I'm intrigued to see where season III goes after seeing the final scene. I wanna know how the world got the way it did.

So I sign up for SlingTV, going with the blue option so I'll have EL Rey into the future.
Now I have AMC.
So I scan AMC for Into the Badlands.
All that's available are two of the final episodes of season 2.
WTF am I paying for?

It was PPFY the endorsed SlingTV. I'm not overly happy with it either, but it's cheaper than the alternatives. And my good buddy Danny is the spokesperson. How are his donuts and tacos?

I had to do the double upgrade to regain El Rey. It was no longer in the package I quit using two months ago. I had to the super extreme Directv package to get it.

If you have Roku, the AMC channel will have all of your Badlands needs. On Sling, the content changes a lot, so checking back now and then is advisable. They are beta testing a DVR feature now, FWIW

I actually have a Roku 3 and use it to access Netflix streaming (on Lady Cranefly's brother's dime, bless his heart) and now SlingTV. So, yes, AMC is a screen button I can click on the Roku interface, but won't that want me to subscribe to AMC directly and at cost?
Maybe I should just click all those bloody buttons and give my credit card info to all.
Time to let off some steam by watching more Lucha Underground (the last bout ended with a brick to the head -- they need better refs! And better ring policing so a fighter's girlfriend doesn't sneak into the ring [in her skintight black latex outfit] and deliver a haymaker to the opponent's face).

No dinero, Amigo. On the channels that want $, they will specifically ask you to choose to pay. AMC was not one of those.
