That's only the Dr. Strange from our universe. The other Strange incarnations across the multiverse approached the Endgame differently.

And I gotta stop right there lest I drop a spoiler...like for realz...

Spoil my fun.

Alas, twas amusing while it lasted... advanced screeners only give a few days of uber coolness... all things are impermanent.

But that Thor cameo, amirite?

Good. Not great. But very, very Raimi. Lots of great horror elements which is why they brought Raimi in. Not surprised to see Bruce. Was surprised there wasn't any Ted Raimi. Was very surprised by the villain.

The film took off at ten and stayed there the entire time. It needed a few pauses. A few subplots would also have helped. I think it helped they used a lot of miniatures rather than going full CGI. The color pallete was more Raimi than Marvel. There were a lot of great visuals. And Danny Elfman did the score, which was a win. I loved the Scene in Universe 717 or whatever the number was. That could have been a lot worse but i guess they wanted the PG-13. Another Dr. Strange battle towards the end was incredibly inventive. There were a couple of cameos which completely surprised me. Which is hard to do at this point.

Best end credits sequence ever.

How far is your nearest IMAX?

This is a total IMAX film. I was happy our screener was IMAX.

The Northman and EEAAO had IMAX potential too, but I didn't see them so. I was quite tempted to go back for EEAAO round 2 in IMAX...
