On the Roku Channel. I had to download the App to my phone and then mirror it to the TV through my Apple TV device. Apple TV does not have the Roku App natively.
But, yes, I watched it. And? Yeah. It's a movie. Full of movie things. Since it's about the king of parodies it is in no sense an actually biopic but a parody of one. Daniel Radcliff plays Weird Al. Evan Rachel Wood plays Madonna. Of course they have an affair. The world of the movie is weird and off kilter. Very surreal. Occasionally, i would give a small smile at something funny but never full out laughs.
There is a good time at guessing the cameo. There is a pool party at Dr. Dimento's house where all sorts of famous guests appear. Some you would expect and some you wouldn't. There were some funny moments when Weird Al goes to his Record producers and one of the Scotty Brothers is played by Weird Al himself. The filmmakers do take advantage of the fact that Daniel Radcliff in real life is in super shape with abs for days. It makes his descent into Rambo-esque territory very plausible.
The whole thing is kind of funny but not really funny. I don't know if I really recommend it, but if you came across it on late night cable you might want to watch it for a few minutes.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
