The Fillmore Blend was roasty-toasty, not very berry. I liked it quite a bit

Note to self: 2 oat milk Capps at 11th hour is too much. Me so jittery.

11th Hour in S'Cruz? Really liked that place.

Indeed. It’s a fav. On top of the 2 capps (which were perfectly foamed) I had the deluxe avocado toast with the poached eggs & chili oil. Recommended!
My jaw is still tense. Clenching. I only drink coffee occasionally so 2 at lunch was past my bedtime…

Doesn’t sound fun. Remember when the Yeti came to the dead? Yeti don’t dance. Best we could get was enough coffee in him that he’d get the shakes. And that might take a lot of coffee.

Yeah….no.
There was a mini-chain of pop-up style cafes here in town (at one time about 5 of them, I think) mostly set up in the entrances or the back exits of nightclubs. The guy who ran it, John, knew the club scene well and correctly identified that the club spaces were unused during prime coffee hours. Everything was portable and wheeled out at 7:00am and wheeled back in at 4:00.
John was one of the Mod Scooter crowd, and all the cafes were named after Lambretta scooters. Cento is his only remaining cafe.
Uh, what were we talking about again?
