Ghosts

Desperate for a small comedy to round off the evening, we stumbled upon this. It's a haunted house where we get to see all the ghosts of the previous residents of the house. The newest tenant is the last in the line of the family of the giant estate. She and her husband want to turn the estate into a boutique hotel. The ghosts want nothing to do with that. Hilarity ensues, sort of. Due to a mishap, the new home owner starts to see all the ghosts

It's a very dumb show to begin with. All the characters are one note. And I cannot stand the husband. But by the end of the 2nd episode there are some glimmers of real humor. I especially like the group of plague ghosts stuck in the basement. Lukewarm about seeing more episodes.

S1 Ep3 Yep. Saw another one. It's filler. A little bit funnier. There is a whole group of plague ghosts in the basement that is the most enjoyable aspect of the show. One of the ghosts wanted to learn about sex since she had never had it. We did get the backstory of the man who had been shot in the throat with an arrow. The husband still could be sent on errand for the remainder of the series.

Oh, look an American version! Still haven't gone back to finish the OG British version. Mainly because it was only mildly entertaining.

I still watch. Of interest on this 4/20 themed show was the preponderence of Grateful Dead music. Lots of Roll Away The Dew.
