Been interested in this since I first heard about it.
A transvestite with a samurai sword (correct my terminology, DM) wreaks havoc in a small town. A young kind-hearted policeman, dealing with a pack of troublesome wolves, finds that the transvestite is somehow involved.
Suitably strange, but the strangeness doesn't build. What you first see is what you mostly get. Not a bad movie, but it just doesn't satisfy my weirdness appendage. The transvestite has a nice sneer, but methinks it get overused, and becomes the punchline of too many scenes.
