Mads Mikkelsen and Vanessa Hudgens star in the story of a hitman at the end of his career.

Boy, was this bad. A lot of ultra-vi with some torture porn throw in for fun. The basic premise is let's kill the hitman so we don't have to pay them some retirement money. Shocking to think there was no honor among killers. And who would have guessed that a trained killer would be hard to kill? All of the members of the Damocles Assasination corporation are cartoon villains dressed in primary color clothes and wielding excessive weapons. The tone for the film is all over the place.

I was surprised to see Johnny Knoxville and Richard Dreyfuss make cameos. I really didn't need to see pieces of Mads Mikkelsen being ripped out of him with a pair of pliers for ten minutes of screen time.

I think the motivation of the film makers was to see how many different ways they could kill people. They also didn't spend a lot of money on lights since every home was barely illuminated. And even when Mads walked around in the sunshine he seemed to be lost in shadows.

It was from a comic book, so I’ll bet it stayed true to the look. Mads teaching the kids was fun, mainly because of his demeanor. It was super light-weight. Ruby O Fee was pretty.

Mads teaching the kids was fun, especially the teacher's reactions in the background.

So one greg nay and one yeti maybe?

I almost watched this over the weekend and am on the fence about committing to it.

It’s super lightweight. Hudgens did the heavy lifting in terms of actually “acting”. Mads is always fun to watch. I thought there was a thumb-the-nose at John Wick early in the film. It’s no Bourne Identity, though, that’s for sure.

Well I do like Vanessa.  I've followed her from High School Musical (via my daughter) through Machete Kills.  Local gal, born in Salinas, ya know?

I'm still on the fence with Mads. I guess I like him.  He was okay as Le Chiffre.  And Doctor Strange & Rogue One

Still on the fence about watching this but leaning towards nay.  I'm so behind on new stuff...

If you have more pressing vids to watch, definitely skip this one.
