I'm more broken than you
It'd be nice if they came with instructions on how to open them. I can't believe that the method I think most of us are using (applying scissors or knife to cut open one side and then attempting to tear apart wide enough to remove contents) is the correct method!

Happy to join you in that class action!

I toss my sealed salad bags into the air and slice it open with a katana. That's the problem with you fencers. You never work with sharps.

They are practicing for their golden years. Which it looks like they started recently.

i always envisioned being that old master, blind po, yoda, you know the type. never expected to become arthritic soon early. it's taken the wind out of my sails. i used to like to apply my skills taking down mad trippers. now i just do kung fu for health. maybe that's why po and yoda used a cane.

there's this meditation where you hold your deep stretches for one breath for every year of your age. now it takes me days just to warm up for pratice. that being said, i got to practice a whopping three days this week, which is more than usual. i feel pretty good. i can beat back the arthritis through practice somewhat. maybe it's the endorphins, or sweating out the toxins. maybe the kung fu works. i still surprise people with my age. we got a new student that thought i was thirty. i've even been carded within the last year.

but the constant pain is a bitch. it's hell to get up in the morning. if it weren't for my qigong practice, my body would lock up like a dead bug. i used to practice for fun, but now it's a necessity. i can't stop. if i do, i pay.

it's amazing how much you use your neck. and flinching from the pain causes all sorts of reciprocal damage in my skull (migraines) and back. my shoulder is suffering from impingement. my elbow has classic tennis elbow.

there is an operation but they'd have to scrape out my cervical spine and that's super risky. not going there. nope. i'll stick to my kung fu and chiro and various pain meds. and learn to live with the constant crepitus crackle.

Ouch. Happy Birthday to you, old man. The rest of The Brotherhood looks old on the outside. You've been granted a youthful appearance while your insides have gone to hell, Mr. Dorian Gray. Of course, any day above ground is a plus.

Ouch, my friend.

Didn't I warn you that exercise is bad for you?

Whisky, cigars and video games are the path to a long life.

Scottish Traditional Medicine, my friend. Irish will do, but only if you like something smooth-tasting that will set free your muse and prolly get you into the losing side of a bar-fight.

Fucking-A Pom Daddy my horoscope was 13 days off:

Quote:1/5–2/4: Be careful of sharp weapons. You are prone to injury.

2/4-3/5: Beginnings are unfavorable. Don’t risk an investment. More haste, less speed.

3/5-4/4: You’re prone to injury. Drive defensively and don’t drive when fatigued.

At least I don't have to worry about investments, I don't have anything to invest, but again with the prone to injury? sheesh....

We've found that it's + or - two weeks in general. After all, Chinese astrology is far from an exacting science. In truth, Wilson is pretty trippy that way. He nailed 9/11 on Chinese TV within 4 hours several months before it happened.

First, my dog ate my $300 prescription reading glasses with Armani frames, and minutes after that, I got stung twice by bees on the dog walk. They stung me at the base of my left thumb and... hmm, how can I phrase this delicately... at a point where my legs meet my torso. A particularly delicate point. Now even more particularly delicate. Mad

How the heck did a bee get up there?

The bee stung me through my clothing. Perhaps a better description of the bee-sting site would have been to describe it as an upper left in-seam attack.
