I should say reggae influenced. Loose Screw is my fav Pretenders album. It has several reggae influenced tracks.

Jimmy Cliff covers the Clash. It was sort of a reggae song already. There's a connection to Harder They Come with the lyrics: “You see, he feels like Ivan / Born under the Brixton sun / His game is called survivin’ / At the end of The Harder They Come.”
