Greg's Madness!
#16
Funny thing happened today. The wind was howling over the Viaduct. So much so, I was getting warnings from the Drone that I shouldn't be flying. In some cases, I had the throttle all the  forward and the drone wouldn't move forward at all.

Here's the funny part. I heeded the warnings and stopped filming for the day. It was a near thing. I really wanted to film

The Queen was very proud of my forbearance.

Just sayin’, if you watched the *German* Iron Fist movie, this would look like the outtakes.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.

In case you were thinking I was taking a break from my madness to deal with the house madness or the Stro madness, I'm thinking you weren't paying attention.

Wow.  Very nice.  Very disorienting.  It keeps flipping on me.  Then when I get ready to describe how, I can't see it anymore.  But then it flips again, but not long enough to understand.

Drone Crash.

It's me. It had to happen. I don't think I will be able to recover the drone, either. The drone came to earth high atop one of the platforms.

Failure Update!

It only took me two calls to find the guy I needed to talk to about the drone crash. And he was really nice about it. I told him where it crashed and he said that it is in a spot that they won't be able to get to for about two weeks. If they wanted to go up now, they would have to get a flag man to stop trains that are running right near where it crashed. For some reason, Mr. Thorp didn't want to do that. But he will go up when they go up and he will find what is left of the Mavic Pro. I responded by saying I will send him pictures I am taking.

So, better. I'm sure the thing is in pieces, though. It fell a long, long, long way.

Ouch!

But it's nice you talked to someone in power, and he's a non-hostile.

It knew its mission was over and gave up the ghost.

Time for a new drone.  An Ahwanee drone.
