Yeah, I know Fick and I think he is OK. Huge amount of hustle (the goid kind) treats people well, preferred stuff is armored combat, but is now a general HEMA guy. I've run into him at the Bonhams arms preview with a buncha students. I got no beef with him/his.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
