I keep telling myself that iaido is good for me because of all the kneeling. It requires springing up from kneeling to cut-a-bitch. However sometimes, I spring up and all my blood stays in my knees so I get this monster head rush. Fortunately my drunken style training allows me to cope and Iaido allows for dramatic freezes which I use to cover for the fact that I'm on the verge of blacking out. I've been thinking there's an article in there for KFM or YMAA, but I haven't quite worked it out yet.
