Behind the scenes show of making a Sci-Fi movie in an already existing Franchise taking from the viewpoint of the First Assistant Director.
This was one of those shows made explicitly for me, I think. It's all the shenanigans of a movie shoot. All the weird political crap that goes on from making everything better for a visiting producer, fights between actors, last minute changes to the sets. For me it was wierd "I've seen this all before" moment. It's more heightened than reality but still hit home several times. A largely unknown cast except for Richard Grant and maybe you might recognize Daniel Brühl.
Potential is high for this series only to be enjoyable to me.
