[Drunk Monk]

There was a mysterious pool of blood in my bathroom. Monday night, I came home and took a much needed shower. Later, I found blood all over the bathroom floor and carpet. It was a significant amount, maybe half a cup. I quickly inspected my body for open wounds but found nothing but a mysterious stigmata-like bruise on my left forearm (I had noticed that earlier in the Warfield run, but it's small and doesn't hurt so I wrote it off to standard unclaimed injuries). I don't remember bleeding from any orifices and there was no blood on my clothes. Very odd. Perhaps the cat ate something in there, but that would be a first. There was nothing but blood. No fur or feathers. The cat usually just brings in live snakes (as you know) but the dog has thwarted that this spring, thankfully.

No use worrying about spilled blood now.
