I can’t remember a film that has made me so painfully aware of the generation gap as this. I almost turned it off. It’s a high school farce, only it’s about two lesbians who start a fight club to get laid. The humor completely escaped me (except for one line the hit straight girl says about liking lesbian porn). It has all the cliches of a teen sex comedy, but the lesbian fight club comes at such an odd angle. I kept watching mostly because I wanted to make more sense of it. But in the end, it just made me feel old and ignorant of the next gen’s world view.

The fight choreo is bad, but perhaps intentionally so. There is a sword scene that’s very random.
