Turns out I forgot I had watched one additional movie on the plane and was reminded when I saw a review for Operation Fortune in Empire Magazine.
Again, maybe this film would work better on the big screen rather than on the seat back. Probably would have helped if I wasn't exhausted watching it.
Those are my caveats. It still wasn't very good. It needed more Guy Ritchiness. This was more of a straight ahead action thriller with out Ritchie's trademark quirks. Although Hugh Grant must love the parts Ritchie makes for him because he eats them up. Oddly, the main hook to the film where Josh Hartnett as the popular actor Donnie Francesco helps infiltrate Hugh Grant's inner circle seems to barely used in the film. It's mostly about Statham and Aubrey Plaza. And the plot of billionaire in love with an actor was done much better with Nicholas Cage and Pedro Pascal in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.
The giant rotating restaurant set piece at the end was kind of entertaining but never really grabbed me. All the elements of a fun film where there it just never came together for me.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
