Finished season one. That was quite a romp. Alfred is like 007...suave, flawed, good hearted, tamping down some inner darkness. 

The show takes a lot of twists (Alister Crowley is in one episode), is very Brit, and has some really funny moments in spite of the darkness: The Scotsman, the queen's portrait, the Sykes sisters. 

Still recommended...
