And I am out. This is the apex of dumb. So much dumb wrapped in dumb. I think I lost IQ points watching the dumb.
Here is an example of the dumb. Our CIA lead and his coerced Russian Assassin are on the trail of whoever is doing the bad thing in Spain. They have to go to a wedding to find some of the infected people the CIA is tracking. It seems clear that there are only two people on station in all of Spain because only the CIA lead and the Russian Assassin go to check out the wedding. The other CIA operative stays behind in the chair, because he's the guy in the chair.
Did I mention we are in Spain? A land that is not the US? Spain. Definitely Spain. Madrid to be specific. At the Spanish wedding one of the Groomsmen or possibly the groom starts acting weird and he pulls out a pistol, almost as if there is an internal struggle going on inside the groomsmen's brain to not pull up the pistol. At this Spanish Wedding the CIA guy runs up to stop the guy from pulling the trigger. The American CIA guy yells at the Spanish guy in English to drop the weapon. Several Times. Drop the weapon. In English. Now it might have been the case that the internal struggle was too much for the groomsman to overcome. Or it could have been the Spanish Guy didn't know what you were yelling because you were yelling a language he didn't speak. The CIA guys shoots the groomsman. So dumb.
Now, they do speak other languages in the show. Chinese and Russian and I do believe Spanish. They even do subtitles for those other languages. But no. In this case they yell at the Spanish guy in English.
