Did I ever mention the time I fixed is printer? I was working in the shop at ComputerWare in Capitola. A guy came in with his Mac Plus and ImageWriter II. I can't recall what was wrong with it, but we briefly chatted a bit as I checked it in. I had no idea who he was. I mentioned name sounded familiar and he informed me that he was an author of the Illuminati and other tales and had actually written quite a lot on the machine now in my possession. I thought that was pretty cool and showed that I was duly impressed. I found out later that one of my co-workers, the late Kevin Quigley, was well acquainted with this customer and even received a RAW card which made me jealous.
