Okay, the truth be known, I did see the new Casino Royale.
There was a car chase, I think. But it must have been short or brilliant because I can't recall any of the details. This is a good thing. I hate movies where they relegate 20 minutes to a car chase that makes absolutely no sense (in most cases, the person being chased could just pull over and stop, and nothing bad would come of it).
As for Daniel Craig, this is what lady cranefly said as we were leaving the theater: "He's got high man-boobs -- and a long torso. He's built like a gorilla."
I think maybe as a teenager he got caught up in weightlifting and -- as typical in a high school without supervision -- built up his arms and shoulders and little else. Later he worked out more evenly, but that signature remains. Then again, what do I know.
We were both impressed by him though.
