		My appetite was a bit improved today. Still feeling cold, probably due to exhaustion. The anxiety levels are reduced or maybe I'm just attenuating to it...or I've just run out of adrenaline. I just wacthed two dvds to take my mind off things and felt drowsy during both. I just dropped some melatonin. It's starting to kick in. Hoping for some sleep tonight.
