s7 done.
it's getting ridiculous. major logic flaws, like how the heck are they all travelling these great distances so quickly? the series spent so much time constructing the lay of the land, and now that's all tossed out the portcullis so they can get characters from one locale to another quickly enough to keep the story moving.
but nevermind, the costumes and sets are over the top. the characters are fully fleshed out and all coming together nicely. the choreo has improved - what this show does well is the big battles, sieges and mass cold arm warfare. such sanguineous spectacle. they even pulled off a fight between needle and an arming sword that demonstrated why it was superior - finally.
i get the fire and ice thing and i don't like it in the end. kinda saw that coming, kinda bummed it inevitably goes there.
now i'm bracing myself for the final season which everyone tells me is a major disappointment.
