S6e9 is the Battle of Bastards. I take back everything I said about the mediocre fight choreography. This is one of the best battlefield scenes I've seen in a while, opening with a glorious sanguineous complex single shot sequence and following through with a dirty brutal massive helping of medieval warfare, plus a giant. Such a spectacular payout and worth the 59 hours to get there.

And that's it for S6. Now we're cooking with Dracarys. Now I see why this series was so beloved. The S6 finale was great. There's only 7 eps in S7 and 7 in S8 although S8 allegedly collapses under its own pulchritude. We shall see.
