For those of you who don't know, Mythbusters is a show hosted by two effects guys in Oakland. They go out and recreate things they've seen on television or hear about on the new. The biggest bang for the buck was when they debunked the remove concrete from the inside of a cement truck with a firecracker myth. Supposedly, if you throw a firecracker into a cement truck were the concrete has set, the explosion will help remove the cement from the truck. They ended up putting a couple of sticks of dynamite into a truck that was half full of dryed concrete. They blew the truck into little bitty pieces.
They were doing two hours on myths from the movies. They wanted to see if you could cut a sword in half with a another sword. They used Kitanas for their demonstration. They even brought out a sword expert. My question is, if they were in Oakland, why the heck wasn't the sword expert the PPFY? It was some guy named Richard Hill. They were breaking swords. They were looking at antique swords, not just Kitanas. How much further up PPFY's alley do you need to get? Where the hell was the Yeti? I am very dissapointed.
