I just watched this too. CGI was very good on the animals, although the weathering to Tigger's fur made him look like an old man with a beard which didn't really work for me.
Perhaps a bit slow moving, but charming.
DM missed it, but HP score=1 (Owl voiced by the guy who was the voice of Dobby.)
