Okay, one more, thanks to Ric Meyers' book, From Bruce Lee to the Ninjas. I just glanced at photos, spotted what looked like ji's for Chinese Super Ninjas (1982). So I found it on youtube. It opens with wind fire rings (again stylized), as well as hook swords. Just a lot of weapons throughout. Then at the 1 hour 25 minute mark, when our heroes meet the Golden Ninjas with their puffy flying saucer hats, the heroes use stylized ji's -- long-poled axes with a crescent blade. It's a decent movie; I watched more than I intended. But this isn't a very good print:
