Okay, I tracked down a wind fire wheel fight sequence, both single and double weapons. A bit stylized, but hey. It's at the 17.5 minute mark in this compilation and lasts maybe 3 minutes.
I further tracked down the actual movie: Little Dragon Maiden (1983) (aka Brave Archer 5). It has Leslie Cheung, Chen Kuan-tai, etc. Here's a trailer to the movie.
