I used to have a Grateful Dead pocket watch. My wife gave it to me. It was silver with an image of the Truckin' skeleton etched in the crystal. It was a limited edition; I can't even find an image of it on the web now.
Luved that watch. Time = death.
It died a glorious death on Haight street. It flipped out of my pocket when I was loading T in the car from a backpack baby carrier and the crystal shattered on the sidewalk. It was impossible to replace the crystal as it was engraved, and even replacing it with a non-engraved crystal turned out to be more expensive than getting a new watch. Then I got a burner cell and gave up on pocket watches.
