Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai) gives a masterful performance in director Lee San-il’s poetic Japanese remake of Clint Eastwood’s Academy Award-winning Unforgiven.

Jubei Kamata (Watanabe) is a relic, yet, his name alone used to terrorize Kyoto, as he slew countless loyalists in the name of the Shogun. More than ten years have passed since Jubei has been heard from. He’s been transformed from a man who kills into loving husband and father.
