Stephen Colbert testifies before Congress

Stephen Colbert participated in the UFW's "Take our Jobs" program in order to shed a little light on the subject. A congressional committee asked him to testify about his experiences. The first thing the Committee Chairman asked him to do was not to testify but rather submit his remarks in writing. Fun times. And akward. The Chairman's request is not part of the video but Colbert's entire testimony is.
