What a great title! I should have just moved on from there and never watched. But the trailer was mildly amusing so I watched. Even the Queen decided to participate.
A group of circus performers in Italy during WW2 have special abilities. There is Matilde who has electricity running through her body. Cencio the Albino controls bugs. Fluvio has hair all over his body and is super strong. Mario is the midget clown who's body is magnetic. These special abilities bring them to the psychic attention of Franz who can see the future. Franz knows that if he can get these special performers, Germany will win World War 2. Meanwhile the freaks want to get out of Italy before they all get killed in the war. They head to Rome to get visas to get out of town. Too bad, Franz and his circus is also in Rome.
There were some interesting visuals in the beginning. At the end is a really great battle sequence between a squad of Germans and the Freaks that was wild. In between there is a lot of Meh. Especially annoying was the masturbating dwarf. I don't need to see that. There were a lot things I didn't need to see.
I don't think the film ever found the tone it wanted to convey. The Franz character seemed to change from scene to scene on what he was trying to do.
If you think you are going to get a variation on Iron Sky you will be even more disappointed.

As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm
