The most ED comment ever.

903.85: The late nights caught up with me and I was jolted awake by my alarm (I usually wake up before it goes off and turn it off). It's a grey Monday, two telemeets, work, writing (but I got some reprieve on some deadlines, so we're under less pressure). My lIephone tells me the rain is done and it's just going to be overcast all day.

Rain is over here, but it rained hard last night around 8-9. There was easily an inch in a bucket in the back yard this morning. Very clear early this morning, good view of Orion.

Work from home day. At lunch went to the Saratoga Library used bookstore. Snagged a copy of the Kronos Quartet box set for $10 (a dollar per disc). It has some stuff I've never heard and that I don't think was on any of their albums - some Arvo Part for instance. And I think I can sell it for $20 or so.

I suppose I meant big names. I looked it up. Gregory Porter and The Bad Plus were the only names I knew.

I don’t really know modern Jazz. Today the only name I recognized was Henry Kaiser who was supposed to sit in on a session but I didn’t see him while we were watching (which was most of the set because it was the first one.
908.90 - shower and go back. Must pick up a rider on the way…
