(My battle for documentary supremacy with DM continues)
At first I thought this film was actually Electric Boogaloo, only after reading the description did I realize it was actually about Golan-Globus and Cannon films
Things I'd forgotten or didn't realize: They did Superman IV and Over The Top.
Things I vividly remember: They made a crapload of bad films.
They did start the template for make a bunch of exploitation films that fund the important pictures. Only they never got around to making the important pictures. There were a lot of talking heads, some that even look back on their partnership with Cannon fondly or as the best experience of their lives. Many others did not.
But it was a great catalog of cheese. There was Chuck Norris or Michael Dudikoff and even Charles Bronson. it brought back a lot of memories. Some that I would probably like to forget. There were a few interesting stories along the way.
Lots of Ninja fights and boobs and squib packs and horrific special effects.

So much for the flickr badge idea. Dammit
