Been to plenty of recitals here but this is the first time we got to hear the organ. The was a free event (we donated of course) - year 21! Nearly 20 prices played, many accompanied by other instruments: violins, flutes, a full orchestra, hulusi, trumpets, piano, a ballet dancer - all local performers donating their time. Twas glorious! The orchestra conductor was also the composer of the piece and took his turn on the organ - he’s a retired astrophysicist local! Afterwards we were served fine chocolates and champagne (I had the Dubai chocolate which was delish - what a funny dad that was last year). 

This is now on our annual calendar for nye.
