We're channel flipping last night and we see a video game tournament being televised like it was actually a sport. The shot moves back and forth from the players with their consoles and headsets to the shot of what's going on in the game. There's a play-by-play announcer explaining what they're doing in the game.

Can anyone tell me why on EARTH would anyone want to watch other people playing video games on TV? Isn't the only reason you'd ever watch someone else playing a video game is because that's your quarter on the machine and you're next in line waiting for your turn to take over?
Isn't it boring beyond believe when you're not the one in control?
Or am I dating myself just a little?

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
