Keanu killed this, but you shouldn’t watch it before seeing John Wick 3.
Randall Park is finally growing on me. This is this first thing I’ve liked him in. Ali Wong is amusing. Predictable rom-com, sf friendly but that sure as hell wasn't our Chinatown.

Ooopsy. I saw this before seeing John Wick 3. Still enjoyed it. It was very slight. I thought there would be more torture on the path to their eventually getting together.
I hate it when they keep saying your band is really good and the band isn't very good. I saw some of Ali Wong's comedy specials when she is about 12 months pregnant and enjoyed those. Randall Park is a face I recognize but I couldn't tell you from what.
Keanu does a very good Keanu impersonation.
As a matter of fact, my anger does keep me warm

The end credit rap song made the band.
Park is from Fresh of the Boat - same as Constance Wu. Funny how they both won me over with rom-coms. I really tried to like FotB but just couldn’t.

He also had tiny negligible roles in Ant Man and the Wasp and Aquaman. MCU or DCEU, he don't care.

This was okay. Not as many funny parts as I expected. He was better than she was. Never saw FotB. Saw her standup but didn't really like it; she had some good lines, but her loud and brash delivery was annoying.

I just watched
Hard Knock Wife. It was okay. I'm not that into stand-up anymore really. Even the live experience doesn't really do it for me, although it has been years since I've seen live comedy on the club level, where it's at. I think the last was, well, according to the forum here it was 2011 (
http://www.brotherhoodofdoom.com/doomFor...p?tid=2315). But aren't comedians all loud and brash nowadays? And so crass. I suppose that was always part of stand-up.
I went through a stand-up phase with ED and Mrs. ED way back in the day. I remember seeing Ellen before she did TV and before she came out. She was hilarious and definitely had that spark.
Ali reminds me a lot of a friend of mine, so it's a little surreal. Maybe it's one of those 'all asians look alike' type things.

Enjoyable. Keanu was a hoot.
In the Tudor Period, Fencing Masters were classified in the Vagrancy Laws along with Actors, Gypsys, Vagabonds, Sturdy Rogues, and the owners of performing bears.
