A married couple renting an airbnb run into a creepy seaside community.
Cthuhlu fare.
Notable to me for a fairly short oner of the husband meeting 30 people at a party, shot in first person, where every one of the people do their damnest to come across "off" in some way, whether in what they say or how they look. A truly creepy group. Not a very good film. Watchable for Lovecraftian completists.
Not recommended for those looking for nudity from the get-go. You have to be patient and wait maybe half a second.
Cthuhlu is eventually shown coming out of the water. Let me tell you, he/she/it is no Ursula Andress, but maybe a register better than the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
Maybe skip.
P.S. Oh, there's tentacles. Or things like tentacles.
