A Room with a View by E.M. Forster - King Bob - 07-01-2021
Always liked the movie - our introduction to HBC - and finally got around to reading this. Actually there wasn't much point to reading it; it's almost exactly the same as the movie. Almost everything is description and dialogue; there are very few thoughts of the characters, except for occasional observations by Mr. Beebe. Fairly enjoyable but I can't recommend it since there doesn't really seem to be any reason to read it if you've seen the movie. And if you haven't seen it, then do that instead.
