Why did I watch this again? It is such a harsh film. I think it was because of Charlize, in the wake of F8 of the Furious and in anticipation of Atomic Blonde. Charlize delivers such a commanding performance, shedding her hotness for a truly tragic, repulsive character. So gritty. It really sticks with me. The horror. Christina Ricci is good too, but still in her Wednesday-young stage, before her Black Snake Moan all-growed-up-&-filled-out roles. But Charlize - what an actress.
