Met Rock in the Dead scene a few times. He was cool. As a former manager of the Dead, how could you not be?
Red...I mean Read Clifford as a kid and then watched the PBS cartoons with my own kid. The cartoons were weird because Clifford's size seemed to change a lot. I mean, how big was he? That got even more confusing when they did the Puppy Clifford and he was super small. Nevertheless, it was a charming concept and I was always amused that they all lived on Birdwell island, a play on Bridwell for sure.
I can imagine these two guys strolling together to wherever band managers and children's book authors go, having an amusing conversation as they walk into the sunset.
