Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 05-04-2013

What a fun little book. MP24HBs is the tale of a book store in San Francisco that houses something far more than books. But don't all bookstores. Although the book has bookstore in the title, you don't spend a lot of time in the bookstore. It is more a story about what the bookstore represents.

The book is about so many things, Bay Area culture, Google, books, typefaces. There's a mystery in there. There's a love story. There is talk about the nature of friendship. Sloan even has time to talk about 3D boob rendering software.

It was a very enjoyable book
