I'm not sure I even know this film. Was it the Jennifer Anniston remake of 'Friends with Benefits"?

This was January. FwB was July (both 2011). I know this thanks to IMDB.
This one was Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher instead of Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake. It should have been Ashron and Mila ala That 70s Show.
