Wow, two books in two weeks. I'm on a roll!
Like Cat's Cradle, this book was a series of very short chapters. The main character is an autistic boy who decides to solve the mystery of who killed a neighbor's dog. His investigation exposes a much bigger secret. It's well written, funny, interesting and touching at times. I enjoyed it...

I thought it was well done, particularly in the early chapters, but I couldn't buy the train journey; I couldn't believe he could have done it. I think it would have been a fantastic short story, but instead is a flawed novel.
