Godspell - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 03-23-2008

Kb and I were in the musical production of this in High School. I'm sure he can tell you a famous story about when my mother accosted us in the choir as we tried to exit the auditorium after the performance.

The Queen and I caught the movie on Sunday and guess who played Jesus? Hmm? Guesses? If you guessed Victor Garber of Alias and CSI fame in the superman shirt, you win. It was very odd to see him sing and dance and preach in the white man's afro. You just had to keep staring until you grew bored and switched back to March Madness and Golf.

I'm a fan of both Godspell and Alias and I never put that together. It's been years since I've seen Godspell, but I've always enjoyed it. Now I must see it again.

Thank God for IMDB - Greg_phpbb3_import1 - 03-24-2008

The Queen and I were playing the game of which one is Victor Garba for quite some time. At first we thought it was Judas/John, but eventually realized it was Jesus. The chin was a dead give away.

As soon as you said it, it totally clicked for me - Drunk Monk - 03-24-2008

Jack Bristow = Jesus Christ. That's the solution to the Rimbaldi device. It wasn't Sydney, her mom, or her sister. The prophesy fits.

Ok, that's a really funny comment to an Alias fan... trust me.
