Prepping Cali roots lams. Doing the 'official' JM lams is a pain in the ass. I took over the job from another crew that was doing a crap job - a family where one woman did the work while her husband watched their two very mischievous kids. They had a big footprint, too big for what they brought to the table, and got too drama queen so were blackballed. And I inherited it because I've been doing lams forever. They did them in MS word which is like using a flute to play the drums. I've converted the template to photoshop, but there's still photo resizing and retyping names and roles. A pain in the ass, especially with my photoshop still merc-n-retting me.
