Buncha gift cards from students, chocos from students, baked goods from students (granola from b. patisserie is decadent). Last year a lotta cash, this year 0. Opened a bottle of rum from last xmas and it is gooooood (and I don't like most rums). Next infusion of gifties from students will happen on Saturday at M-Team holiday party.

Ended up being $200 plus an extra $5 I got for taking a survey.
I spent on some practical things like underwear and thermals, plus a new magnetic recharging phone stand for Darth, a Klingon plug free charger for my work nook, some fun socks (reggae & dragons), and a new bokken with saya, which I’ve been needed for iai because Tiger claw doesn’t carry them.

Got my rain boots (the originals were the wrong size - th new ones fit well and were just tested on a Betty’s run) and my underwear (just in time to tomorrow’s trip), and my car charger phone mount, from Amazon. I need to attach a metal disc to my phone case - the case is aluminum I think, non-magnetic, which kinda bums me out because it’ll mess up my blues for allah sticker, but that needs a refresh.
