Rewatched S2E3, the Moon ep, which is critical to S3 as Moon comes back. There's a slight continuity error in S3E1.
SPOILER ALERT It's actually Bajie that takes Moon's hand and sword, not Sunny. Moon's vengeance is misdirected. And who was Moon's thousandth kill? Obviously one of the sword graves in the yard in front of the tower, but that seems rather anticlimatic. END SPOILER

I rewatched Season 2 and enjoyed it even more. It's so colorful, so lush, so bathed in sanguinosity. I revelled in rewatching the scenes I saw filmed and delighted in the ridiculous ultravi. I'm ready for the Season 3 premiere tomorrow. Oh wait, I don't get AMC. Well, no worries. I've already seen the first two episodes in some private access screeners AMC sent me. Maybe I'll just watch those again. Heck, it's Saturday night and I don't have to get up early tomorrow.
I'm on Team Widow. What about you?

S3e3 felt like a segue way episode, a bit of a dip in the action. But e4 is right back in the fray. Nice to see Ceesay can deliver a prolonged fight sequence (I thought he was bs-ing me when he told me of his martial background) and Enter Lewis, who calls me Brotha in our emails. Now we’re really cookin.

S3e7 Dragonfly’s last dance opens with the scene I saw filmed. It comes right after the open song credits. It wasn’t as nearly as cool as the Widow v Tilda fight I saw last season, but I was standing to the left side in back of the warehouse, just off screen for the whole scene. And right after it was shot (took several takes) Daniel walked across right up to me, delighted to see me and struck up a chat. My fellow reporters and our AMC rep/escort were quite impressed. The Ep plays this Sunday - I get the previews a few days early.
I saw a bit of one more scene being shot but from the monitor in Pilgrim’s Museum stronghold which will surely be in the next Ep, which will mark the midsession break with a cliffhanger.
S3 has been great. Best so far.
