I am back from Orr hot springs & a 40+ hour digital detox.
It was nice. I bathed a lot, napped a lot and read a bit. We were in rm6 which has its own private tub - so indulgent. I feel very clean.
Did I miss anything?

Kung Fu, maybe a reggae brunch at the Crepe place, then up to Japantown for dinner and over to the ‘Mo for a show. Been wearing my Mo staff jacket a lot because it gives me major cred here inna Cruz but feeling kinda guilty because I seldom work there now, maybe once a year at best.

Yoga, a bit of work, watching an old folks video course to reduce my insurance fees, maybe some laundry and writing. Stacy is starting a fast so I must eat anything that might tempt her to break it. Challenge accepted.

Friday night got on stage with H at her storytelling performance. Not doing that again -- too stressful. Saturday was work then final prep & mailing out (bleeding out) $ for taxes. Sunday is sleep late, go to Oakland, walk Lake Merritt, have a beer at Heart & Dagger, visit friends for dinner.

Thank you for answering, Dr. Yeti, what I thought was the usual DM non-sequitur. All I could think was "Why would I tell El Señor a story about the garage?"

Spending the day recovering from a panic attack where I thought I hadn't sent in my taxes to my accountant. I failed to search in the Send Folder for the email that contained them.
