Finally got 8 hours of sleep. Furst time more than 6 hours in 6 weeks

I got 8 hours last night too. I did get up in the middle of the night to pee but went straight back to sleep. I usually sleep 6-7 hours nowadays.

I’ve been looking forward to this morning because I could sleep in. But I popped wide awake a little after 3, and awake I still am obvs. Been over an hour. Got up to pee out of boredom.

Unless this is the dream. It would be a stupik dream, a waste of subconscious. I’ll know tomorrow if this post is real or not. 

Ok, I think I can go back to sleep now…

Only managed one sleep cycle despite being exhausted from sdcc. It’s habit from the last 3 nights. If I could just get down again, I could get 2 more much-needed restorative hours…
(9nly picked up my phone because I’ve been staring into the dark void for the last half hour)

I drank a vietnamese coffee this afternoon so I wouldn't fall asleep at Spidey. Now it looks like I won't fall asleep until tomorrow...
